Measure your dog's neck and match it to the fit. Standard suits necks up to about 24 inches (61 cm) and covers most breeds. XL suits necks up to about 29 inches (74 cm), built for the big units. Between sizes? Go up.

It's a classic tie-on triangle. Fold along the long edge, drape it over the neck, and knot it at the back. Snug enough to stay put, loose enough to slip a couple of fingers under.
